DURING COVID:

  • You MUST pre-register at least 30 min
    before class.

  • No walk-ins for @studio classes.

  • In-studio classes are limited to 5 people. Masks required.

  • You need to bring your own equipment if in-studio.

  • You can cancel a reservation up to 60 min before class with no charge (otherwise you're charged for class as usual).

Exercise is safe for most people. However, as with all exercise programs, you need to use common sense. We recommend you see a doctor before beginning any physical exertion and to cease activity if you feel pain, nausea or experience shortness of breath, lightheadedness or a tingling sensation in your extremities. Please make sure your exercise space is clear and that there are no objects in your way. A good rule of thumb is to clear a space that allows you to walk four steps back and forth and side to side.

By participating in this activity, you are participating at your own risk and Rooted Studio shall not be responsible in the event of injury.
