Beginner Yoga Series Classes at Rooted Studio 

Having a teacher is important in all aspects of life. You can be self-taught in any area, but generally, the most progress is made when someone is there to guide you deeper. 

​

This is true for yoga, too.

​

To help you step into or refine your practice, we offer regular beginner yoga series classes at the studio. Our beginner series classes aim to:
 

  • allow you to learn in a small group of other beginners
     

  • help you learn some of the most foundational yoga poses 
     

  • teach you proper safety and alignment in yoga poses
     

  • teach you modifications so you can increase or decrease the level of challenge according to your needs
     

  • provide you with tools you can use in everyday life to manage stress, anxiety, etc.
     

  • embrace the diversity of your body
     

  • help you understand which things you can change with yoga, but also those which you cannot, due to your unique anatomy

In a 4-week series, you can miss 1 class and make it up at no charge (can attend any class at the studio within 2 weeks of the last class date).

In an 8-week series, you can miss 2 classes and make them up at no charge (can attend any class at the studio within 2 weeks of the last class date).

We have yoga mats & equipment you can borrow at no charge.
