Beginner Yoga Series Classes at Rooted Studio
Having a teacher is important in all aspects of life. You can be self-taught in any area, but generally, the most progress is made when someone is there to guide you deeper.

This is true for yoga, too.
​
To help you step into or refine your practice, we offer regular beginner yoga series classes at the studio. Our beginner series classes aim to:

allow you to learn in a small group of other beginners

help you learn some of the most foundational yoga poses
-
teach you proper safety and alignment in yoga poses
-
teach you modifications so you can increase or decrease the level of challenge according to your needs
-
provide you with tools you can use in everyday life to manage stress, anxiety, etc.

embrace the diversity of your body

help you understand which things you can change with yoga, but also those which you cannot, due to your unique anatomy

In a 4-week series, you can miss 1 class and make it up at no charge (can attend any class at the studio within 2 weeks of the last class date).

In an 8-week series, you can miss 2 classes and make them up at no charge (can attend any class at the studio within 2 weeks of the last class date).

We have yoga mats & equipment you can borrow at no charge.
